Yates Tree Inc. was founded by Jim Yates, a graduate of Texas with a B.S. degree from A&M University and an M.S degree from Baylor University. He serves all the Texas area including San Antonio, Bulverde, Boerne, Bergheim, Spring Branch, Universal City, Schertz, Helotes, Cibolo, Kendalia, Canyon Lake & Converse, TX.

Jim Yates and his team work tree magic! There are many tree trimming services that come through our neighborhood and do a quick scalp - no real thought as to what should be cut. Yates is a professional tree trimming at its finest. They don't just trim and cut trees - they know about trees. They took time to cut the trees properly, knew which trees needed to be removed to preserve the good trees and left an immaculate yard. Other than beautifully trimmed trees, you would never know they had been here; not a stray branch anywhere. I would highly recommend Jim and his crew to anyone who needs professional tree trimming. WHAT YATES TREE INC. “DID AND DID NOT DO!”
I didn’t do extensive research to come up with Yates Tree Inc. for my tree trimming selection. I did observe them methodically working on my neighbor’s tree trimming needs. They arrived at a reasonable hour, had a clear division of labor or duties, cleared debris as they created it, and had tools and knowledge for the tasks. Now let’s talk about what Yates Tree Inc. DID NOT do! They DID NOT give an estimate that was hundreds of dollars higher than what was actually agreed upon. They DID NOT want 50% of the cost before starting work. They DID NOT leave in the middle of the workday and promise to be back “mañana”. They DID NOT demand immediate cash payment or any kind of payment as the sunset and they picked up their tools and water bottles. (A day or two later they did send an invoice in an email and an address of where to send a check payment.)
All things considered, Yates Tree Inc. is a first-class operation!

Mr. Yates and his crew were the utmost professionals. We had an emergency where a tree had to be removed from 2 of our vehicles. They were prompt, courteous, and were so gentle not to scratch the trucks while removing the limbs causing additional damage. We would highly recommend their services.

Yates Tree Inc. recently did an outstanding job trimming our live oaks and red oaks. They also removed a dead fruit tree and pruned several trees/shrubs. While working they were attentive to various landscaped beds, careful not to damage any plantings. They also provided neat/tidy clean up. This was our third time using Yates Tree Inc., and as previously, they were reasonably priced and did great work!
